Each morning, Gaynor, our attentive host, skillfully prepared a cooked-to-order English breakfast that was both plentiful and of top quality, catering to various tastes, including vegetarian options. This innovative approach to breakfast brought a homely touch that I truly appreciated, reminiscent of the local flavors I cherish back in Seoul. The ambiance of the dining area was warm and inviting, decorated with thoughtful Eastbourne-themed props that generated a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal while overlooking the beach. As a marine biologist, I look for locations that enhance my experiential learning; Number Ninety One complements this with its strategic proximity-a mere 3-minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to local attractions, making it an ideal spot for exploration after an indulgent breakfast.
