Each morning, Gaynor, our attentive host, skillfully prepared a cooked-to-order English breakfast that was both plentiful and of top quality, catering to various tastes, including vegetarian options. This innovative approach to breakfast brought a homely touch that I truly appreciated, reminiscent of the local flavors I cherish back in Seoul. The ambiance of the dining area was warm and inviting, decorated with thoughtful Eastbourne-themed props that generated a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal while overlooking the beach. As a marine biologist, I look for locations that enhance my experiential learning; Number Ninety One complements this with its strategic proximity-a mere 3-minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to local attractions, making it an ideal spot for exploration after an indulgent breakfast. This unique combination of culinary excellence and convenient location makes it a destination worth considering.
